No estimate is given for the paraffinic oil treatment as a mortality of 85% was not reached for this treatment. Estimated values for the slope and intercept in the logistic model were, respectively, 6.404 and -0.7922 for P. contorta and, respectively, 7.4723 and −1.0167 for P. nigra.
