Calculations were made for an initial moisture content of 60 % on a green basis, log lengths of 244 cm and 22 logs per square metre (~18 cm diameter logs). Dashed lines represent extrapolated values. Panels (a) and (c) correspond to drying times of E. globulus with and without bark; while (b) and (d) to E. nitens with and without bark, respectively
